From the volcanic hills of Kintamani, Bali, Bali Blue is a med-dark roast that captures the distinctive Indonesian terroir. This coffee comes from a blend of Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties, grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes of 1200–1600 meters.

Hand-picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds, Bali Blue delivers a cohesive, flavorful cup with tasting notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar.
